Coach Joe Gibbs
Serving others through Christian ministry has always been close to Joe Gibbs’ heart and in 1986 he helped found Youth for Tomorrow, a residential youth home, private school, and counseling center for at-risk teenage girls and boys in the Washington metropolitan area. More than 800 young people have been touched by the center.
Joe is also the author of “Fourth and One” and “Racing to Win.”Coach Gibbs lives in North Carolina. He is married to Pat and has two sons, JD (Melissa) and Coy (Heather), and eight grandchildren. Read More
Quarterback Jon Kitna,
Dallas Cowboys
Jon attended Central Washington University and graduated with a degree in math education. He was quarterback for the Wildcats from 1992-1995. In 1995 the Wildcats won the NAIA National Football Championship with Kitna as their quarterback. Kitna was originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the Seattle Seahawks. He later played for the Cincinnati Bengals, Detroit Lions, and currently plays for the Dallas Cowboys. Kitna, who is entering his 14th year in the league, has been a quality starter as well as a valuable backup throughout the years. Read More
Quarterbacks Coach Jim Zorn
James Arthur “Jim” Zorn is a former American quarterback and coach in the National Football League. He was formerly the quarterbacks coach for the Baltimore Ravens and now holds that same position with the Kansas City Chiefs. Zorn was a left-handed quarterback, and is best known as the youthful and charismatic leader of the (then-expansion) Seattle Seahawks of the NFL, for their first seven-and-a-half seasons. Shortly thereafter, Zorn was hired as Quarterbacks Coach of the Baltimore Ravens. Zorn was released as quarterbacks coach of the Ravens on January 27, 2011. Zorn was added to the Kansas City Chiefs coaching staff as their new quarterbacks coach on February 15, 2011.
Zorn and his wife, Joy, have four children: daughters Rachael, Sarah, and Danielle and son Isaac. Jim and Joy Zorn are active in Medical Teams International and Pro Athletes Outreach. Read More.

James (JB) Brown
RED ZONE Studio Host
James Brown (JB) is back to host the RED ZONE Studio 2011 in Charlotte, NC. He was the “anchor” of the sold-out 2010 RED ZONE experience in Washington, DC. JB is a three-time Emmy Award winner for Outstanding Studio Host for “THE NFL TODAY” (2007) and “FOX NFL SUNDAY” (1998, 1999), and claimed Sports Illustrated’s “Best Studio Host of the Decade” award. Brown also hosts the Emmy® winning “INSIDE THE NFL” on SHOWTIME. He has also contributed to 60 MINUTES on CBS News.
Brown’s first book, Role of a Lifetime: Reflections on Faith, Family and Significant Living reveals how he found the role he was meant to play, highlighting both the good and bad decisions he made along the way and teaches readers how to discover life’s purpose for themselves.
He is a co-founder and principal of the Brown Technology Group, a certified minority owned and operated Information Technology Company and is a founding partner of the Washington Nationals. Brown serves as AARP’s Community Ambassador.
JB is married to his lovely wife Dorothy. His daughter Katrina and her husband John have two daughters, Kaela and Jordyn.

Johnny Parker, Emcee
Dr. Johnny Parker was a key player in organizing the first RED ZONE National Men’s Conference in his role as the men’s pastor at First Baptist Church of Glenarden, MD, the host site for the 2010 conference. He is a former chaplain for the NFL Washington Redskins and has spoken before NBA players as well as at the Pentagon.
Johnny is the Director of The Parker Group, LLC which provides leadership/professional development, marriage seminars and life/executive coaching. In May 2008, Johnny was a part of a select group of marriage educators and researchers invited to the White House to discuss ways to strengthen marriages in America.
Johnny is married to his best friend, Lezlyn. They have three sons and reside outside Washington, D.C.
